Refund Method

If you are not satisfied with your delivered products, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and easy.

• Return Window : You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
• Condition of Returns : All returned items must be in their original condition.
  
• Return Process : To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shoplumiere.in  for a return authorization.
• Refunds : Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges : Approve exchange or replacement will be delivered 7-10 days of request made by user.
